The TGA4548-SMoperates from 17 – 20 GHz and typically provides 10 Wsaturated output power with power-added efficiency of 30%and large-signal gain of 22 dB. This combination of highfrequency performance provides the flexibility designersare looking for to improve system performance whilereducing size and cost. The TGA4548-SM also has anintegrated power detector to support system diagnosticsand other needs.The TGA4548-SM is offered in a small 5x5.5 mm surfacemount package, matched to 50 and has integrated DCblocking capacitors on both RF ports allowing for simplesystem integration.
