Great to find this 3=d Model 
I find that there are too many manufacturing errors unless you can provide an accurate 3-D image of the board to the manufacturer.

updated and corrected pins width to maximum and 
I updated the part today... 5/21/18 
The pins were not centered and the pin width was not at the max material condition..
