Macro to save Assembly as Part with "Exterior Components" option.

Automates the creation of surfaces from 3D surface functions. Equations can be input using Cartesion, cylindrical, or spherical coordinates. Can create either surfaces and/or curve sets. Uses Excel for calculations.

Little GUI to save Open Solidworks Assembly as a Part (External Ssurfaces) and if needed as STEP. Options exist to Overwrite existing Files in chosen directory or to save under a different name. Default filepath set to current working directory and filename too origin file name.

Press on a part and use the Macro to open it separately from the assembly. I have assigned this Macro to the key 'O' to gain quick access to the part.

This macro is similar to the open assembly command used in drawings but works in assemblies instead

A model with a part that has holes created by hole wizard not in an isometric view exists is checked to see if all holes have a callout attached to them

Close all read-only documents and decide whether or not to close documents with unsaved changes with a single dialog. The normal SolidWorks behaviour is to ask for each document in succession, this could lead to clicking don't save on a file that does require a save.

when the macro is run a form will appearinput the desired folder location of the drawings you wish to save as pdf. A small line of text below the folder to open field will indicate if any slddrw files were detected.in the save to folder paste the desired save to folder for all PDF files to be saved.optional; if you wish to put a prefix or suffix to the saved PDF file put he text in the corresponding input fields.click ok to run the macro. A progress bar will appear showing the user the current status of running the macro. The marco will open a SLDDWG file then save as a pdf and close the file. It will repeat over all SLDDWG files in the desired folder
